Schematics, without the CAD.

FLIQ is a focused desktop tool for preparing water network schematics: sources, storage, pumping stations, valves, meters and the pipes that connect them.

It was developed by HiWater Sdn Bhd for engineers who need a clear, editable and printable drawing of a network. Project files stay on your computer.

FLIQ is intended for schematic preparation only. It does not perform hydraulic calculations, engineering validation or design approval.

  • Network symbols

    Source, storage, pumping, valves, meters, network nodes and text labels, all from one toolbar.

  • Pipes with real attributes

    Set pipe type, diameter and material, manage your material list and show the labels on the drawing.

  • Flow arrows

    Show the flow direction on a pipe and reverse it without changing the pipe geometry or its connections.

  • Editable bends

    Double-click a pipe to add a bend, drag the handle to reshape the route, right-click to remove it.

  • Properties and appearance

    Select any symbol or pipe to edit its details and change how it looks, in a side panel that stays out of the way.

  • Search and navigate

    Search across the schematic, zoom to fit, snap to the grid, and undo or redo any change.

  • Export to image

    Save the schematic as PNG, JPEG or SVG for reports, proposals and presentations.

  • A4 and A3 printing

    Print the finished schematic on A4 or A3 straight from the application.
